Adelaide-based aerospace manufacturer, Aerobond Pty Ltd, has partnered with local cybersecurity firm Secure State to help access lucrative Defence opportunities with the US.
Aerobond offer CASA-approved production and maintenance capability and specialist component services to military, civil operators and OEMs.
As the company pursues growth in Defence – including with US primes –it has recognised the need to join the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and gain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
Secure State is the only internationally Registered Provider Organisation able to offer consulting and implementation services for Australian businesses that require CMMC – a program designed to ensure contractors protect highly sensitive information from frequent and increasingly complex cyberattacks.
Aerobond Head of Strategic Partnerships Andy Oliver said the partnership with Secure State would help achieve the critical pre-requisites needed to be involved in US Department of Defense initiatives.
Partnering with Secure State to get CMMC ready is an absolute no-brainer for our business as we target strategic growth opportunities in the Defence sector and throughout the US supply chain.
“There’s no doubt this will become a huge asset for us and sends a very clear message that we are not only serious
about our cybersecurity obligations, but that we recognise CMMC as a key driver of our future business growth
and success.”
Secure State’s Head of Strategy Kym Welsby welcomed the opportunity to work with Aerobond.
“We are honored to be supporting Aerobond in this way. They’ve rightly recognised CMMC and cyber more generally as a significant business enabler and a feature they can discuss with their US prospects as they seek to tap into that lucrative market,” he said.
“We expect this partnership to be the first of many.”
This is a useful post for finding broken links within the website, what about links pointing outwards that are broken? I can use a free web service but wondered if this was possible.
Great tool! I am using a redirect plugin to send all my 404’s to my home page but I think it’s slacking sometimes.
